Returns and Exchanges -
All purchased books and other products must be returned in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please return it immediately for an exchange to replace your damaged item.

No refunds are allowed for opened:-
* VHS tapes
* CDs
* DVDs
* VCDs
* Cassette tapes.

Other purchased items not listed above are refundable within 30 days of shipment.
